Congratulations to Dr. Guojie Luo (advisor: Prof. Jason Cong) who received the 2013 ACM SIGDA Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award in electronic design automation. His thesis is on "Placement and Design Planning for 3D Intergrated Circuits". The award will be presented at the Design Automation Conference (DAC) on June 4th in Austin, TX.
